<span>The Fairness Doctrine was a policy of the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC), introduced in 1949, that required the holders of broadcast licenses both to present controversial issues of public importance and to do so in a manner that was — in the Commission's view — honest, equitable, and balanced.</span>
Several things that Caesar did that indicates his tyranny were:
- When he <span>killed all of the senators of Vannes for influences.
- Sold many Gaul citizens to slavery
- Forced smaller government to pay off his Debt
- He raised to power through civil wars by killing off other of his competitors.
- Spread propaganda to neighboring regions as 'barbaric people' so he gained enough support to invade them.</span>
