You must use a pronoun when there is a lot of things to list. A pronoun replaces a noun. For example:
Sarah, Celine, Anthonila, Chrissy, Rianna, Aneshka and Maria went to the cafeteria.
Instead, u must say THEY went to the cafeteria.
