Answer: The two extremes in weakened private property rights are socialism and “commonly owned” resources. Under socialism, government agents—those whom the government assigns—exercise control over resources. The rights of these agents to make decisions about the property they control are highly restricted. And you have the right to protect what is yours and if someone tries to change that you also have to right to press charges towards them for trespassing or other charges they may have broke

Explanation:

devlian [24]

Answer:

maybe something will help)

Explanation:

Insurance coverage for hit-and-run accidents can be categorized into two types: property damage coverages and bodily injury coverages. Here's how auto insurance may cover a hit-and-run, depending on which coverages you have.

Collision: Collision coverage protects you against any physical damage to your car that was caused by impact with another vehicle or a stationary object, regardless of fault. If your vehicle is damaged in a hit-and-run, collision will help cover the cost to repair or replace it after paying your deductible. Collision coverage is optional, but if you have a car loan or lease, it's probably required by your lender.

Generally, if you're involved in a hit-and-run accident, Medical Payments Coverage (also known as Med Pay) can cover medical expenses related to injuries to you or your passengers from an accident involving your vehicle, up to your policy limits. Typically, Med Pay coverage is optional. Med Pay may also cover you as a pedestrian if you are injured when a vehicle hits you. Coverages do vary by state, so be sure to check with your Travelers representative or local independent agent to verify what your policy covers.

By ruling in james mcculloch’s favor in mcculloch v. Maryland, what was the verdict of this case
andrew11 [14]

Answer:

McCulloch v. Maryland was a decision of the United States Supreme Court. The state of Maryland attempted to prevent a branch of the Second Bank of the United States from operating by imposing a tax on all banknotes of banks not founded in Maryland. The Second Bank of the United States was the only bank then present in the state that had not been founded on it. The Court invoked the Theory of Implicit Powers of the Constitution, which allowed the Federal Government to pass laws that are not expressly provided for in the Constitution, from a list of expressed powers, provided that those laws are useful for Congress's powers, pursuant to Constitution.
