Country A has a positive impact on its resources in this scenario. This country managed to use its superior military to take over land from its neighboring country, land that is very fertile, thus this country significantly increased its natural resources in the fertile soil it got. This will lead to economic growth and stability for this country, and it will be of great benefit on the long run.

Country B, on the other hand, has had negative impact. The country has suffered badly from the natural disasters, losing human lives and losing its important natural resources on the short run, the fertile land. This will have bad economic consequences, and the country will need several years to properly recover from it.
