To achieve happiness, you must live in conformity with nature (God’s will). You must desire what happens in nature. Unhappiness
results from desiring what is not in your control (wishing for things to happen other than they do). Frustration is due to confusing what is within our control with what is not. Thus, if we are indifferent to what is not in our control, we will never be frustrated or disappointed. True / False.
In order to remain happy, one must remain in accordance to the will of God. He must live in conformity with nature. An individual must remain satisfied with what he have in his life in order to remain happy. Dissatisfaction leads to unhappiness and sorrow in life.
We must seek things that is under our control. Desiring things that is not under our control will lead to frustration and unhappiness.
We must be content and remain satisfied and happy with whatever possession we have that is under our control. Seeking things beyond our control will lead to disappointment and frustration.
Therefore we should remain the same for the things that is under our control and outside our control to remain happy and satisfied.
