Have you ever visited a laboratory? Today i went to visit a laboratory for a school field trip. We were sitting in 1st period doing work when the principal announced for my grade to start heading to the bus, i grab my backpack, and the pencils i dropped then, followed my friend out the door to the bus we got on the bus, there was a taylor swift song playing. i sat down next to my friend. The bus started to move and off we went! i was starring out my window at all the cars we were passing and then in no time we were finnialy there. i jumped off the bus. the laboratory was a big sand color building with many windows and big glass doors. We walked through the doors to a lady greeting us. The first room we went into has bacteria, i saw many cool bacteria’s under microscopes. Then we passed by a room with many men wearing lab coats, safety googles, and gloves. They had many tools of all sorts. Sadly, we couldn’t go into that room because there was testing going on. We went in a few more rooms then went in a big room where there was a presentation, about how much bacteria is in the oceans waters. It was really cool to learn about how much bacteria they remove from the water that we drink every day just to make it safe for us! After that they gave us a really cool keychain with their logo which was blue and orange. We started walking back out to the bus We got in the bus. I thought to myself “oh i miss this day” i hope we can come back again.
