The Battles of Lexington and Concord were the first military engagements of the American Revolutionary War. The battles were fought on April 19, 1775 in Middlesex County, Province of Massachusetts Bay, within the towns of Lexington, Concord, Lincoln, Menotomy (present-day Arlington), and Cambridge. They marked the outbreak of armed conflict between the Kingdom of Great Britain and its thirteen colonies in America.
There was less need for workers on farms since there was devices that could do it for free so many people went to cities and worked in factories which gave them a job and also caused cities to explode with population
It is not A because not all the immigrants spoke English. It is not B. They were not welcomed in America so they did not get fancy living spaces, it is not C. It is D because Americans did not know the immigrants very well and what they all were capable of and they were all fearful the immigrants would take over America. I just learned about this.
