Answer:

David's score= 160 ;  Aaron's score = 55

Step-by-step explanation:

let Aaron's score be 'x'.

so, David's score will be 3x - 5

(3x - 5) + x = 215

3x + x - 5 = 215

4x = 215 + 5

4x = 220

x = 220/4

x = 55

therefore, Aaron's score = 55

David's score is (3x - 5) = (3*55) - 5 = 165 - 5 = 160

26 Square Inches.
If you find the area of the two missing fragments, which are 3 in. by 4 in., you can make the equation 2(3 x 4)= 24. Find the area of the whole 5 in. by 10 in. which is equal to 50 in. Subtract 24 from 50 and you get 26.

Pachacha [2.7K]

Answer:

<em>The correct option is:  32.4 km/h</em>

Step-by-step explanation:

The fastest recorded speed of a turtle while swimming is 9 m/s.

Now,  9 m/s =\frac{(9)meters}{(1)second}

1 kilometer= 1000 meter

So, 1 meter = \frac{1}{1000}=0.001 kilometer

and <u>9 meters</u> =(9*0.001)kilometer = 0.009 kilometer

Now, 1 hour = 3600 seconds

So, <u>1 second</u> =\frac{1}{3600}hour

Thus, we will get.........

\frac{(9)meters}{(1)second}=(\frac{0.009}{\frac{1}{3600}}) kilometer/hour =(0.009*3600)=32.4 km/h

So, the speed of the turtle will be 32.4 km/h.
