The Constitution was created because the Articles of Confederation failed. The Articles had only one branch of government, while the Constitution had 3: the judicial branch, the legislative branch, and the executive branch. It fixed problems because it created the branch itself.

The feature is the rule of law. Unlike people, legislature cannot be affected by passion and if law rules then everyone is equal in the eyes of law. If a man rules and has absolute power, they can be affected by various things that might make them abuse their power, and law cannot abuse power on its own.

Burkina Faso - 36%  Male - 43.5%  Female - 29.3%  GDP - 12.12 billion USD

South Africa - 94.6% Male - 95.5% Female - 93.1%  GDP - 294.8 billion USD

Chad - 40.2%  Male - 48.5%  Female - 39.1% GDP - 9.601 billion USD

Overall, Female Literacy Rates are less compared to the Male Literacy Rates.

Egypt, there is a difference of about 16.0%

Libya, 11.1%

Burkina Faso, 13.7%

South Africa, 2.4%

Chad, 16.6%

Egypt has the highest GDP with South Africa coming next, Libya, Burkina Faso and then Chad.
