Students are assessed on their understanding of scientific information and asked to come to conclusions in the science (B) of the Aspire test.

The ACT Aspire test is used to prepare for the ACT and access common core standards. The Aspire test has five sections: Reading, English, Math, Science, and Writing. The part that would assess scientific reasearch, in other words research related to science, would logically be the science section.
