This seems like it belongs more in the catagory of history but if the author is Thomas Jefferson, or any president from Jefferson until the Civil War than they are most likely for it

Electromagnetism is when the flow of electrons causes metallic objects to either attract or repel one another. If we had an electromagnetic dishwashing system, it would be a more effective, and fun way to wash dishes. The high powered iron could light and hold pots aloft whilst the scrubber scrubs the pot clean. It will need to be made from some sort of rubber to avoid electrocution.
