First we need to get rid of the denominator by multiplying each term by the LCD. After doing so we get:
(x-3)(4x+1)=2(2x-1)(x-3)+3(2x-1)
Simplifying
4x^2-11x-3=4x^2-8x+3
-3x = 6
x = -2
