yes, what you do to one side you must do to the other. In order to move the x over you must add it to both sides so the first step would be 4x+6=3x+3

4x+6-x=2x+3

1st step: 5x+6=2x+3

He made an error when combine like terms

He's supposed to get 3x from 4x - x

So correct in step 1 should be

3x+6 =2x+3

-2(0+2)²-3 = -11

-2(0-2)²+3 = -5

weird, for some reason option 1 and 3 seem to be the same, maybe that's an accident by the author.

maybe a + was intended inside the parentheses, dunno.

option 1 and 3 seem fine, although I think there is an error in the options. they shouldn't be exactly the same
