Imagine you are living in New Delhi with its air quality issues. Write a diary entry about what you experience on a typical day.
Thepotemich [5.8K]

Dear diary,

The air quality was really bad today.

The air is filled with road dust and vehicle pollution. I envy Dilshad Garden. Compared to over here in Dwarka, the air is great there. Our area is the most polluted while there's is the least. It is so difficult to breathe with so much in the air. I can only hope I won't get follow up diseases.

(I hope this is enough? If not I can add more.)

Number four and five please
erma4kov [3.2K]
4) D

The sentence is generally saying that the specific area of land gives you shelter from a storm, which is basically safety. The word 'encloses' itself emanates safety, because basically, 'encloses' means to close over, or to surround. If you don't find that trapping, it would seem more safe than anything else, along with what the sentence itself is trying to say.

As for #5, I can't seem to view the full choices for the question. Could you maybe add another attachment, or list the other two choices there are?

Read the information in the chart based on "Music Gets Personal,” and answer the question.
Mkey [24]

The correct answer is A. In 1877, Thomas Alva Edison solved the problem of capturing sound when he made the first sound recording.

Explanation

Paraphrasing is rewriting in your own words what has been read or learned without distorting the main meaning. According to the information in the table, it can be inferred that the sentence that best completes the paraphrase of the passage is A. "In 1877, Thomas Alva Edison solved the problem of capturing sound when he made the first sound recording" because It includes all the details and the appropriate supplementary information to summarize all the topics covered in the text that were not mentioned in the paraphrase chart incluiding the name of the inventor and the year. So the answer is A.
