Aliens or illegal immigrants is when Mexicans cross the border illegally and can pay a hefty fine. Close to 11.6 million immigrants in the USA. They can do this for drugs, sexual things that aren't allowed in the USA or maybe just for a better and healthier life. Donald J trump is planning to build a border to prevent these things. (not saying I agree just facts and research I've gathered).

A warm temperature with plenty of annual rain that supports local agriculture is also proffered by most people. Even in parts of China, most of the population lives along rivers and warm areas.
