A Man vs Man conflict consists on a struggle between two or more characers. In this particular sentence, Amy and her mother have different opinion and point of view about Amy´s curfew.

I think it is the second option.The fact that the mother has views which are different from her daughter´s proves the point.There are two generations and they have different ideas.It is a man versus man conflict and it happens all the time.
