Mutualism is the interaction between two individual where both individuals get benefits from each other. So during mutualism, both partners help in increasing the fitness of each other by supporting each others survival.

Sea anemones have stinging tentacles that do not affect clownfish so sea anemones provide protection to clownfish and clownfish provide food to sea anemones, and clean the algae and leftovers from the surface of sea anemone.  

Therefore both the partners get benefits from the action of opposite partners so this relationship is an example of mutualism.
