In a business, and in your own words, explain how the media fulfills that role, and how it influences government..
Anon25 [30]
Well, one thing that a media could do it to expose what the business is to be offering. So, if there were a company that were selling metal, they would be able to use media and other things to expose there selves. One way that it could influence the government would be that it would show that the government allows people to expose their own business as to first have a business, and then to allow for themselves to make the money and to make propaganda and other advertisements to make their company a bigger company. This shows and make a great influence in the government showing that their not as straight forward, but their really more flexible.

Which level of government is
hichkok12 [17]

Answer:

Explanation:

Article IV section 3 of the constitution mandates congress to vote on how a new state is to be formed. I do not know the exact terms of how a state is created as a sovereign body, but I suspect any new state would have to go through what Hawaii and Alaska went. These were territories that were not carved out of an existing state so the problem was not complicated by two states feuding over where the boundary would be.

Recently Puerto Rico had a non binding referendum on this very question. I don't know what was decided.

It's the Federal Government in the form of congress. The territory has to be in favor of statehood.
