Cuando estamos hablando acerca de la hora, en español usamos el verbo ser. En el presente, conjugamos este verbo como es y son. Si alguien pregunta la hora, y la hora está entre la 1:00 y la 1:59 usamos la conjugación es, mientras que para el resto de las horas usamos son.

Por otro lado, cuando preguntamos a qué hora será una determinada actividad, siempre usamos la conjugación es para responder la hora a la que tendrá lugar ésta.
