Lady Macbeth's soliloquy is basically her wishing for her femininity to be taken away and replaced with the ruthlessness that only a man could possess at the time. She wants to be 'unsexed', which means that she longer wants to be entailed to the traits of being a female: kind, gentle and nurturing.
It means that her character is ruthless. She's probably the most unconventional female character Shakespeare has ever written. She's manipulative of Macbeth, and demands obedience from him (which at the time, was supposed to be the other way around. Women were viewed as less than men).
In both inference and observation, you have to monitor or observe something.
Here's one example, you can build on it:
Sherlock Holmes 'observed' the scene below him.
His 'inference' was based on the evidences given to him.
Here's the definition of both of them...
the action or process of closely observing or monitoring something or someone is called observation.
a conclusion reached on the basis of evidence and reasoning is inference.
Amino acids have a two-carbon bond. One of the carbons is part of a group called the carboxyl group (COO-). A carboxyl group is made up ofone carbon (C) and two oxygen (O) atoms. That carboxyl group has a negative charge, since it is a carboxylic acid (-COOH) that has lost its hydrogen (H) atom.
