Why has the supreme court agreed to hear so many cases?
rodikova [14]

Most of the cases the Supreme Court hears are appeals from lower courts. ... However, it may act only within the context of a case in an area of law over which it has jurisdiction. The Court may decide cases having political overtones, but does not have power to decide nonjusticiable political questions.

Figuring to the nearest 100 miles, how far would cotton goods have to travel to get from Tulum to Bonampak? How much of this jou
RoseWind [281]

I also struggled with this question and I'm not 100% sure about my answer, but it's better than no answer. I used the little scale thing on the bottom right corner of the map. And I found out that by sea it was around 700 miles. And by land, I got around 350, but I rounded up to 400. Hopefully I was able to help... this stuff can be hard. I hate DBQ packets, but you gotta do your best.

Have a wonderful day and good luck in history :-)
