Therefore, as you read through each of the choices, which one is a statement given based true that could be perceived as the truth? 'A' can be proven with data. 'B' is a statement of opinion given by the person speaking, which doesn't qualify here. 'D' isn't a proven truth, again, because it is just one's opinion about a period.
