Sorry to disagree but I think the answer is flower-tops. The poem is about nature yes but the term heads seems to refer to the flower-tops as the topic was daffodils. This is personification as if the daffodils were humans that could dance.
Just cross out the ones with defiant pronouns and you will end up with the defiant one
Perseus has traits that we still value in heroes today. Some traits Perseus has that are still important are bravery, intelligence. In the end of the story Perseus conquers the villain, which is common to see in stories about heroic people to this day.
