It would be "Diana prefiere que nosotros tragamos la comida para las vacaciones" because you have to conjugate the verb "tragar" for Nosotros, so you would replace the "-AR" ending with "Amos".

It’s good, but if you’re going for formal Spanish, you should say “No me den verduras” or maybe instead of consigas you should put regalan. That mean to gift, other than that it’s really good. Hope this helped :)
