Due to their history and how the american colonies felt after the British didn't give them representation in parliament, the answer is the British and the Patriots. The other three answer chooses were ridiculous the native american were not very hostile. as long as the colonies kept there distance, they would be fine. As to the British and the loyalist, these arguments never happened because the loyalist believed that whatever their king was doing (King George III) was obviously the right thing

It would have to be the first since the British gave that land to America after the Revolutionary war. So they left that Native American to the Patriots.
