Opposition to Reconstruction resulted from the distaste many southerners had for tax increases that were needed to fund public s

chools and other improvements, and also because many white southerners could not accept black Americans voting, holding office, and enjoying equality before the law.

Answer:

True.

Explanation:

The period following the American Civil war was called the reconstruction era, in which there were major political, social, and cultural turnouts. The African Americans were given constitutional citizenship rights which have turned the former slaves into active citizens. However, the South has perceived the situation differently. The increased taxes for the welfare work were seen as dominance of the Northerners and a result of their victory over the Confederacy. They still stuck to hold the traditional cultural standard which gave them supremacy over the black slaves.

What does Einstein’s theory of relativity, which posits that movement in space and time is relative to the person measuring them
Lorico [155]

As per the relativity theory of Einstein, it can be interpreted that every individual perceives time and space differently and that what an individual perceives does not always hold true.

What is Einstein's theory of relativity?

The theory of relativity proposed by Albert Einstein during the 20th century states the relation between the movement of space and the passage of time.

It also explains that every person has his own perceptions regarding time and space; however, it is never mandatory that the perceptions of such person are true.

Hence, options D and E perfectly describe the facts regarding the relativity theory of Einstein.
