Hurricanes are the most violent storms on Earth. They form near the equator over warm ocean waters. Actually, the term hurricane is used only for the large storms that form over the Atlantic Ocean or eastern Pacific Ocean. The generic, scientific term for these storms, wherever they occur, is tropical cyclone.

A better understanding of tropical cyclones and hurricane hazards will help to make a more informed decision on your risk and what actions to take. The major hazards associated with hurricanes are: storm surge and storm tide. heavy rainfall and inland flooding.

But:

Well some researchers say that they have found a way to stop hurricanes. They say that by pumping billions of tons of a dense gas into our atmosphere could create what they call a “sunglasses effect” and they say absorb some sunlight land cool down ocean water, the engines of hurricanes.

The river starts its flow in Canada, in Alberta, moving in a northwestern direction. After that, it makes a sharp turn and moves in south direction while passing through British Columbia. It crosses the border between Canada and the United States, entering Washington, and after that Oregon, making multiple turns in different direction, and it ends up into the Pacific Ocean.

Which of the following is most likely the next step in the series?
serg [7]

Based on inductive reasoning, the next step in this series must be blue in color and have three (3) arrows: option D.

What is inductive reasoning?

Inductive reasoning simply refers to a process that involves drawing a general conclusion (conjecture), especially by observing a pattern that is based on a series, sequence, or specific instances.

Rule: The colors and arrows on the geometric shapes are alternating and increasing in an anti-clockwise direction by one respectively.

Therefore, we can infer and logically deduce that the next step in this series must be blue in color and have three (3) arrows.

BigorU [14]

Answer:

The temperature in the inner core can easily melt both iron and nickel but, because of too much pressure, the particles of iron and nickel are being compressed no to be able to do phase changes to turn into liquid. Too much pressure in the inner core keeps it in a solid phase and having a very high density
