Answer:

a. only conflicts where a U.S. ally was a participant

Explanation:

The Cold War was a political, economic, social, military, informative and scientific confrontation initiated after the end of the Second World War between the Western (Western-Capitalist) bloc led by the United States, and the Eastern bloc (Eastern-Communist) led by the sovietic Union.

The reasons for this confrontation were essentially ideological and political. On the one hand, the Soviet Union financed and supported revolutions, guerrillas and socialist governments, while the United States gave open support and propagated destabilizations and coups, especially in Latin America and Africa. In both cases, human rights were seriously violated.

Although these confrontations did not lead to a world war, the seriousness of the economic, political and ideological conflicts marked a significant part of the history of the second half of the 20th century. The two superpowers certainly wished to implant their model of government throughout the planet.

Some subsidiary wars of this era were: the Greek Civil War, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Cuban Revolution, the Lebanese Civil War, the Angolan Civil War, the Afghan-Soviet War, the Gulf War and Guatemala's civil war.

Write a summary of the war of 1812.<br>4-6 sentences.
Aleksandr-060686 [28]

Answer:

War of 1812, (June 18, 1812–February 17, 1815) was a conflict fought between the United States and Great Britain over British violations of U.S. maritime rights, expansionism, and political issues. Resulting in the British restricting the American trade, since they feared it was harmful for their ongoing war with France. They also wanted to set up an Indian state in the Midwest in order to maintain their influence in the region, which is why 10,000 Native Americans fought on the side of the British. Since Canada was a British colony back then, Canadians were also British allies. The Americans objected to the British Empire restricting their trade and snatching their sailors to serve on British ships. They were also eager to prove their independence from the British Empire once and for all.

Svetach [21]
The Berlin wall was a barrier that existed from 1961 to 1989 throughout conflict and separated East and city district. It symbolized the distinction between western democrats and jap communists (end of soviet domination) and therefore the method they thought FRG ought to be lead. Fall of Berlin wall could be a major event in European history. The policies of restructuring and openness initiated by soviet leader Mikhail opened the trail for the destruction of the symbolic physical barrier.
