This problem makes use of the Remote Exterior Angles and Supplementary Angles.  First, use supplementary angles to determine That the bottom right angle of the triangle is 79 degrees.  Remote Exterior Angles states that a remote exterior angle is equal to the sum of both remote interior angles.  Thus, x = 79 + 38, or x = 117
