1. The city speakers see a large shadow that passes over them with a sound and a flash of very strong light that causes a lack of energy throughout the neighborhood. They begin to want to investigate what happened and look for the person responsible for it, so that this situation can be resolved.
2. A little boy claims that this was caused by alien invaders and the residents of the neighborhood begin to imagine that one of the neighbors is guilty, because he behaves strangely and appears to be a foreigner. In the meantime, a series of accusations and defenses between the residents of the neighborhood begins, forming a commotion and a type of "witch hunt" among them.
