Well to solve this, there is a very easy way of doing it.

you can divide 18 divided by 2 which equals 9

so the 50% of 18 is 9

a way to check this if it's true is to do 9+9=18

Which of the following angles is NOT congruent to 6?
3
2
7
1
TiliK225 [7]

Answer:

1

Step-by-step explanation:

We can see that 7 is equal to 6, as opposite angles are the same.

We can also see that 2 is also 6, as corresponding angles are equivalent.

Therefore, 3 is also congruent to 6, as it is equal to 2.

Hope that this helps!

Sunhee had four plastic shapes a square, a circle, and a pentagon in how many ways can she line up the four shapes of the circle
julsineya [31]

Answer:

only three shapes are mentioned.

But anyhow, 4 shapes allow the following reasoning...

you can start lining up with any of the for shapes, so you have 4 possibilities, for the second position you have 3 possibilities, for the third 2 and for the last only 1.

so 4*3*2*1= 24 possible ways

but with the added rule to keep the circle and the square apart, we have to reduce the number.

by the same step-by-step reasoning we get

4 possibilities for the 1st item

only 2 possibilities for the 2nd item

(if 1st is square or circle, the other one's not an option, if it's not we have to choose one of them to not place them both at point 3 and 4)

only 1 choice for the 3rd item

(reasoning as above, if 2nd is square or circle, we have to the only other, if it isn't, we can put it here at 3rd position)

plus scenarios where either square or circle are on 1st point, the other's on 4th.

I guess that makes 14 possible arrangements

What is the slope between the points 5,-1 and -2,-3?
pishuonlain [190]
To find slope, use the equation (y2-y1)/(x2-x1). In your case, the equation is going to look like (-3 - -1)/(5 - -2) or (-3 +1)/(5 + 2), and that simplifies to -2/7.

Which of the following sets represents MUN?
Anuta_ua [19.1K]

Answer:

 • Third choice: {3, 4, 6, 7, 9}

Explanation:

M ∪ N means the union of the segments M and N. That is, the complete list of objects that are either in the set M or N.

The circle on the left of diagram shows that the elements inside the set M are 3, 4, 7 and 9.

The circle on the right of the diagram shows that the elements inside the set N are 4, 6 and 7.

The complete list of the numbers in either M or N is 3, 4, 6, 7, and 9 (you must not repeat the elements that belong to both sets but indicate them just once.

So, the set that represents M ∪ N is the third option {3, 4, 6, 7, 9}.
