Taxation without representation means that the colonists believed that they should not be taxed by a government, if they were not even allowed to hold office in said government. The colonists considered this a problem because even though the French-Indian war had put a dent in British economy, the colonists were not even allowed to decide whether the war should happen in the first place. After all it was their homeland. In addition the colonists, not being allowed to hold office, could not propose any modifications to the taxes.
The south was technically fighting a defensive war, they had more time to prepare so really any of these answers could be right, but id have to go with they had either more money or more effective military commanders
I will give a few similarities just so you can choose. One is that the Christian Bible's Old Testament is also in Judaism's holy books, as truth. Another is that both Judaism's holy books and Christianity's holy books preach a monotheistic religion. They effectively believe in the same God, just in Judaism, they believe the Messiah is yet to come, whereas Christians believe the Messiah already came, as Jesus.
