Why did the King of England make the pronouncement of the "Proclamation Line of 1763?
Fantom [35]

Proclamation Line of 1763 was meant to stabilize relations with native North Americans.

Explanation:

The 1763 Proclamation Line was a British measure following the French and Indian War by declaring the boundary of the Eastern Continental Divide in the Appalachian Mountains which prevented Anglo-American colonists from western expansion. 13. Why is the 'Nisha call' important? Does it support or refute Adnan's innocence?
ozzi

Nisha's call is very important in this investigation. Since this call references a girl named Nisha with Adnan’s phone an hour after Hae Min Lee was murdered. While it may be the obvious conclusion that the caller was Adnan, he claims that he had left his phone in Jay’s car during this time. The call lasted two minutes and Adnan suggested that Jay might have pocket dialed Nisha.

Jay, who did not know Nisha, countered this by saying that Adnan had called Nisha while in his car. It would seem counterintuitive that Jay would put Adnan’s phone in his pocket for any reason. Nisha’s phone number himself and is trying to come up with an excuse to cover up for it.
