model suggests that living humans came from the species Homo erectus and
that their development took place throughout the world.
Multiregional continuity is an evolutionary hypothesis that states Homo Erectus individual left Africa to different parts of the world where they evolved and became modern human beings or Homo Sapiens. In this way, the evolution from Homo Erectus to Homo Sapiens occurred in different regions around the world as a result small variation between different regions took place especially as morphological features. In this way, the Multiregional continuity model suggests all humans evolved as a result of the Homo Erectus evolution in different regions in the world and not only in Africa as other models suggest.
