Now use what you have learned about claims to make your own claim about why you think sports figures and celebrities make negati
AleksandrR [38]

claims= your belief on something with evidence to support it

I think sport figures and celebrities make negative role models. More often than not, a celebrity has or is doing drugs, using alcohol, has been arrested, wearing revealing clothing, etc. A celebrity many people looked up to and aspired to be may mimic what this celebrity does. If this celebrity decides to do go as far as doing drugs or become an alcoholic, then the people looking up to this celebrity may follow in their footsteps and attempt to be like them. This would make celebrities negative role models.

I couldn't come up with anything for how sports figures are bad role models other than they might overwork themselves, so people may try to perform as  good as the sport figure. hope this helps
