A1, S9 & S10~ These Sections and all the clauses included in them are examples of federalism because it lays out exactly what powers Congress doesn’t have, (Section 9) and the powers that are denied to the State governments(Section 10). By limiting the powers that each type of government has, this divides the powers equally. 
2. The 10th Ammendment~ This amendment is an example of federalism because it says that the powers that Congress doesn’t have, the state governments will have. This divides the power between Congress (national government) and State (local government). 
3. A1, S8, C1-18~ These clauses are examples of federalism because they delegate the powers that Congress (national government) has. This is a balance of power between the national government and the local government.</span>
