1. A Jorge le gusta hablar en la clase de inglés.

The right answer is hablar. This means:

Jorge likes to hum in English class

It's improper for a student to hum in class. This is not a good practice. So, Jorge needs to be quiet in English class.

2. A Jorge le gusta la clase de educación física porque le gusta practicar deportes.

The right answer is practicar. This means:

Jorge likes physical education class because he likes to practice sports.

The Spanish verb practicar means to practice. So, Jorge loves those classes because he enjoys practicing sports

3. La escuela de Jorge tiene muchas actividades extracurriculares.

The right answer is actividades. This means:

Jorge's school has a lot of extracurricular activities.

As the previous sentence stated, Jorge enjoys practicing sports. Maybe he practices other types of activities as well.

4. La escuela de Jorge ofrece deportes como el baloncesto, el fútbol, el voleibol y el tenis.

The right answer is tenis. This means:

Jorge's school offers sports such as basketball, soccer, volleyball and tennis.

Tenis means Tennis in English. So, this is a racket sport that can be played individually against a single opponent (called singles) or between two teams of two players each (called doubles).

5. La escuela de Jorge ofrece clases de artes marciales como el karate y el judo.

The right answer is artes. This means:

Jorge's school offers martial arts classes such as karate and judo.

The system of combat practices used with the purpose of self-defense, military and law enforcement applications is called Martial arts. A lot of people practice martial arts to get mental and spiritual development.

I can only help you with number one because ive done that one before but the other ones somthing wrong with them.
You can place in the blank just about any infinitive verb or verb phrase appropriate to the context:

A Jorge le gusta tararear en la clase de inglés: Jorge (George) likes to hum in English class.
A Jorge le gusta bocetar en la clase de inglés: Jorge (George) likes to draw in English class.

As a verb phrase:

A Jorge le gusta tomar notas en la clase de inglés: Jorge (George) likes to take notes in English class.

***OBSERVATION: Placement of a subject noun after "gustar" is done all the time (A Jorge le gustan los huevos fritos--Jorge likes fried eggs), but the prepostion "en" presents a problem for one intending to use a subject noun in the instant phrase. If one were to say, for example, Jorge likes the teacher in the English class, the proposition would become "de": A Jorge le gusta la profesora/el profesor de la clase de inglés.
