The decision given by the Supreme Court in regards to the Plessy versus Ferguson was rendered invalid by the landmark civil right case of Brown versus Board of Education. In regards to the Brown versus Board of Education the court implied that it was not fair to have separate facilities for African Americans and the Whites. The facilities should always be equal as far as education was concerned. This was the case which overturned the ruling of Plessy versus Ferguson, as it was creating discrimination. This case got rid of the thinking that separate and equal facilities were okay.

We become sinners even before we were born, and of course before we could choose to sin or not, and therefore we pay for them with our immortality.
