Proactive management is preventive method of management that prevents problems from happening by acting in advance to avoid their occurrence.

Explanation:

1.

Reactive management as the name implies refers to management having an approach of acting only after a problem has occurred while

Proactive management is preventive method of management that prevents problems from happening by acting in advance to avoid their occurrence.

Applying proactive management to McDonalds, management will be open to new ideas and quickly adapt, from customer feedback and make changes to their menu but in reactive management it will refuse to do so until the customers begin to complain or disappear then it will take measures to repair the damage of lost customers. At what time, making changes to the menu may be coming too late.

Activity accounting does not only report financial information but other qualitative information based on the activities of people and departments which is why it is also called responsibility accounting.

Such being applied to Mcdonalds will consider number of clients served per staff or department, number of customer complaints per period etc

Law Incorporation [45]

Answer:

Value of Victoria Enterprises=  $21,498,285.71

Explanation:

Free cash flow represents the amount that is left to all the providers of capital after the payment of all all operating expenses, working capital and investment in fixed asset expenditures.

It is computed as cash flow made from operation less capital expenditures

For Victoria Enterprises

The Free cash flow

= EBIT(1-T) + depreciation- increase in capital expenditure - increase in working capital

= 2.5 × (1-0.4) + 0.295 - 0.295 - 0.053

= 2,500,000 × (1-0.4) + 295,000 -295,000- 53,000

FCFF= $1,447,000

Value of a firm = FCFF (1+g)/(WACC-g)

g- growth rate - 4%, WACC- 11%, FCFF-1,447,000

Value of Victoria = 1,447,000 × (1+0.04)/(0.11- 0.04) =  21,498,285.71

Value of Victoria=  $21,498,285.71

just olya [345]

Answer:

$1,350

Explanation:

Goodwill is the Excess of Cash Consideration over the Net Assets taken over. Net Assets taken over are measured at their Fair Market Value instead of Book Values at the Acquisition date.

Where,

Cash Consideration = $8,000

Fair Value of Net Assets Acquired ($6,000 + ) = $6,650

Therefore,

Goodwill = $8,000 - $6,650

               = $1,350
