Answer:

The answer is psychodynamics.

Explanation:

Psychodynamics is an approach to psychology which is mostly concerned with unconscious motivation for behaviour. According to this theory, several parts of the human mind, such as personality, interact directly with emotions.

One of its founders was Sigmund Freud, who believed the brain was in a constant "flow of energy", and compared the forces of the mind to those of thermodynamics (hence the name).

Gre4nikov [31]

Answer:

multiple cultures (or subcultures) rather than a single uniform culture.

Explanation:

Multinational companies are those that are headquartered in one country but operate in various countries around the world through subsidiaries. They are thus characterized by being companies of international expansion. This is how they consolidate and become reference. Multinational companies work with the idea of cultural diversity. These companies support the enhancement of multiple cultures and subcultures rather than one culture, because it is thus possible to reach a wide audience of consumers around the world.

Similarly, newly acquired companies tend to embrace cultural diversity as a way of empathizing with customers and selling their products to everyone regardless of their culture.

rodikova [14]

Answer:

Paola's reasoning can best be explained by Loss of Interest over the date

Explanation:

Dating which is the act whereby two individual of different opposite or same sex come together over a cup of coffee or food inorder to get to know themselves together has been an age long practice.

This practice could be set up by the individual concerened or by the parents, relatives or friends of both individuals involved. while on a date, the individuals engaged indiscussion intrying to know the level of compatablility between them while at same time trying to know shome traits which is bad which is bad and termed as red flags.

For Paola to show that she is not interested in the relationship could best be explained by the fact that the red flags which she saw in the potential partner far outweights the compatability traits which she believed to has existed between her and the potential partner. That could be the only reason why she is not interested after going out on the blind date.
