The constitution is one thing that affects everyone in the United States. It is important to the people and because of it, the United States is different than other countries. The U.S Constitution has been around for many years since it was written on September 17, 1787. Since the constitution is over two hundred years old, is it still relevant to the people of the United States today? Although the constitution is way older than the people living in the United States, it is still relevant because it has an affect on everyone in the United States each and every day.

The constitution is important and still relevant today because without it, the United States would not be what it is today. The United States government works because of the constitution and because of it, people have gained rights that they did not have before. Even though the constitution is old and was written in a completely different time period, it is still relevant because it can be changed and things can be added to it. This is important because if it could not be changed it would not be relevant since a lot of things have changed since the time that it was written.

Because of the constitution, we are different than other countries and one person does not rule us. Besides the constitution for the whole United States, there is the constituion that each state has. This is important because each state is different and it can have its own laws according to their needs. If they could not do this, then the constitution might become irrelevant since some rules would only be needed in some states, but not in other states.

The constitution is the most important document for our country because without it, our government would not be running as it is today, people would not be treated equally and some of the most important rights that people have would be taken away. The constitution makes the United States unique with laws that other countries do not set for their people. It is because of the U.S. constitution that we are free. People have the right to do almost anything they want with the right reasons just because of the constitution. People will not be discriminated because of their background or stopped when expressing their ideas and thoughts. This is only possible because the constitution.

The constitution is a guide for the United States and it will never be perfect because things will always need to be added to it as times change. The constitution is not just important; it is the most important document that has been written in American history. Even though the constitution was written based on the needs of people that were living in the United States hundreds of years ago, it is still relevant today, and if it was not relevant, it can always be changed so that is relevant to our people today.

Why didn't the United States sign the Treaty of Versailles?
Mademuasel [1]
The main reason why the the United States did not sign the Treaty of Versailles is because they thought it was a bad idea to "punish" Germany by demanding massive reparations payments, and the US turned out to be right, since this only caused Germany to rise up militarily once again.
