The correct answer is - B. It replants trees on lands destroyed by farming, manufacturing, logging, and city growth.

The reforestation is a process which in its essence has the goal of returning the forests in their initial states as much as possible. This process takes place on land when there were once forests, but because of the numerous damaging activities by the humans this forests were destroyed. It is something that requires more attention and commitment because the forests have tons of benefits for all the planet, including the humans, regulating the carbon levels in the atmosphere, production of oxygen, production of natural organic food, nice recreation places, revitalizing the ecosystems etc.
