How about The Mystery of Life and Death and How people think about it?

It is much related to mystery. (What's the mystery of life and death?)
And, superstitions. (What people think about it? How are people's thoughts?)
As well as, myths. You know, there are many ancient myths about life and death weaved by people.

So, in your speech, you should cover these points.
