Biotic factors are the Living components and abiotic factors are the non-living factors...together they constitute an ecosystem!!
Biotic components like Animals must surround by their environment like Temperature, Light, Humidity, Soil composition etc.. and that is abiotic, so they can't be separated from each other.
It can use it's spots and natural color to blend in with trees and grass. They adapt to their territory as they grow. Although it all depends on what kind of frog you are talking about.
