Answer:

John was saying by his words that he thought of her sometimes but he wouldn't dare try to go after her again. His tone was kind of rude and I say this because he literally said "I'll cut off my hand."

Abigail was saying for them not to speak another word about anything or she would pretty much kill them with a knife in the dead of night.  Her tone wasn't nearly as nice as John meant his. The words used to say this was "I will come to you in the black of some terrible night and I will bring a pointy reckoning that will shudder you."

Explanation:

I hope this helps!

How can using good body language with residents help a direct care staff person be more effective at this job
ruslelena [56]
Nonverbal communication is as equally important as meaningfully telling someone you care about their health and safety. As a result, trust is build and becomes the foundation to have a smooth transition between direct care stuff and their residents.

What's the best way to rewrite the roundabout expression "for the period of two weeks"? A. for two weeks B. for the period of a
Alexus [3.1K]
I am thinking A because b and c don't really express period of two weeks. It comes down to a or d. When you just talk or write you will most likely use a.
