The answer is: The evidence is neither relevant nor sufficient.

In this example the evidence provided “It was difficult for Eli's parent to administer antibiotics to him.” Is not relevant due to does not support any part of the claim “Antibiotics can lead to the formation of superbugs.” And as the evidence does not support the claim neither is sufficient.
