When preparing a presentations there are multiple resources we can use.
For example, let's say I decided to use a Keynote presentation to represent my topic.
I choose Keynote because it let me use multiple slides to show my information instead of showing all in one page. It's also possible to put multimedia inside the slides (like videos and images). So I can have all in one there. Keynotes has also multiple tools that will make my slides look professional and atractive.
If you have a rubric for the task you have to check all the specifications and be careful of not letting anything out, that will make your presentation more concise because you will focus on all the necessary information.
