To include interval training, find a steep hill or sets of stairs that will allow you to climb steadily for one to three minutes. Push as hard as you can going up, then recover coming down, and repeat for anywhere from 20–60 minutes depending on how close to your climb you are.

Had my intention been to seek the world's favour, I should surely have adorned myself with borrowed beauties: I desire therein to be viewed as I appear in mine own genuine, simple, and ordinary manner, without study and artifice: for it is myself I paint. The metaphor implied in these lines suggests to readers that they will find Montaigne's writing style unadorned. To be "genuine, simple and ordinary manners" suggests an unadorned writing style reflectling his own modest behaviour.</span>

Your Answer:

North Korea and Kim Jong-il.

---------

Explanation:

Napoleon restricts his public appearances further to about once a month. He is said to eat separately from the other pigs, using the fine china. He also decrees that the gun be fired every year on his birthday. The animals now call Napoleon “our Leader, Comrade Napoleon.” Just as the animals attribute all misfortunes to Snowball, they now attribute all success and luck to Napoleon.

-------

Their original intentions were to value equality and carry on without the evil vices of human beings. The pigs were considered the most intellectual of the farm animals because they could read, write, and organize. The other animals became dependent upon the pigs since they organized the meetings, schedules, councils, laws, and responsibilities. The animals' dependence upon the pigs gave the pigs power.
