Part 3 of the Declaration of Independence clearly outlines the ways in which King George III denied the colonists "Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness."

This includes:

1) Forcing American colonists to quarter (aka house) British soldiers without their consent. This requirement was part of the Coervice (aka Intolerable) Acts passed after the Boston Tea Party.

2) Depriving citizens of trial by jury. This is a violation of individual liberties, as it does not give these individuals an opportunity to show their innocence.

3) Changing colonial governments in order to have more control. This gave the British government, which was thousands of miles away from the colonists, the ability to make laws without their consent.

According to the Declaration, ways in which the King denied the colonists "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" is that he did not allow them to make their own laws, he did not allow the colonists to trade with other parts of the world and he kept standing armies amongst them in times of peace without their consent. Hope this helps!!
