Answer:

A transnational approach is appropriate. Country-to-country customization to accommodate differences in taste preferences is necessary.

Explanation:

When selling a product in the international market place between different countries or communities, three approaches can be used.

The transnational, multidomestic and the global strategy.

Global strategy is when a product is not modified but rather same product and service is sold to different countries.

Transnational approach involves modification of the product to meet a countrie's peculiar needs. It is more personalised.

In this scenario the transnational approach is better because not everyone will have same preference of soup.

Customising soups to meet varied needs will make it sell more.

neonofarm [45]

Answer:

(a) $50,980.35

(b) $5,129.90

(c) $2,400

(d) $50,980.35

(e) $5,129.90

(f) $2,400

Explanation:

A constant payment for a specified period is called annuity. The future value of the annuity can be calculated using a required rate of return.

Formula for Future value of annuity is

F = P * ([1 + I]^N - 1 )/I

P =Payment amount

I = interest rate

N = Number of periods

(a) $1,000 per year for 16 years at 14%

F = $1,000 x ([1 + 14%]^16 - 1 )/14%

F = $50,980.35

(b) $500 per year for 8 years at 7%

F = $500 x ([1 + 7%]^8 - 1 )/7%

F = $5,129.90

(c) $600 per year for 4 years at 0%.

F = $600 x 4

F = $2,400

(d) $1,000 per year for 16 years at 14%

F = $1,000 x ([1 + 14%]^16 - 1 )/14%

F = $50,980.35

(e) $500 per year for 8 years at 7%

F = $500 x ([1 + 7%]^8 - 1 )/7%

F = $5,129.90

(f) $600 per year for 4 years at 0%.

F = $600 x 4

F = $2,400

annual demand = 500 units

ordering cost = $1,000

holding cost = $550 x 7% = $38.50

patriot [66]

Answer:

These are the options for the question:

a. Gantter

b. Apptivo

c. Microsoft Project

d. Smartsheet

And this is the correct answer:

a. Gantter

Explanation:

Gantter is online, cloud-based, and very complete, it would be the best option for Mauricio. Smartsheet is also cloud-based but is a bit more simple, and it is not as well-reviewed.

Apptivo and Microsoft Project are not cloud-based, instead, they have to be downloaded, thus, would not meet the first requirement that Maurio is looking for.

Tool Manufacturing has an expected EBIT of $ 39,000 in perpetuity and a tax rate of 33 percent. The firm has $ 80,000 in outstan
Thepotemich [5.8K]

Answer:

$208,530

Explanation:

The computation of value of levered firm is shown below:-

For computing the value of levered firm first we need to compute the Value of Unleavened firm

Value of unlevered firm = Earning before interest and tax × (1 - tax rate) ÷ Cost unlevered of Capital

= $39,000 × (1 - 33%) ÷ 15%

= $39,000 × 0.67 ÷ 15%

= $39,000 × 4.67

= $182,130

Now, the Value of levered firm = Value of unlevered firm + Outstanding debt × Tax rate

= $182,130  + $80,000 × 33%

= $182,130  + $26,400

= $208,530
